Perfecting man from lockup shall bring hope to our world where troubled men have dampened our way of life. What God has given me in my assignment is how I can bring this hope to men to change their course of direction. After spending three years with God daily while unemployed during the recession from 2009 to 2012, God spoke to me. What I knew I needed was a job to fix my financial problem and pain. What God said was if you obey me and do my will, I will fix your problem as you speak to the problem among men. This is when I received the call in 2012 from the men’s prison for a job that I was already turned down on but the hired person quit. I knew then that God had opened up a door that I open up eyes to what the enemy is doing to men. What I am speaking about in this book I am confident will cause young men to think before they act. 

My wife and I have been abundantly blessed to be married for forty years. We have experienced wonderful days of joy and happiness. One thing that we have learned that is certain about marriage. I discovered that a great marriage develops through the depths of valleys while reaching for the mountain top. There have been many valleys we found ourselves in that required faith to rise. Now, we've had to rise from some dark situations such as her heart condition and my three years of unemployment. What we knew was important was not looking at each other, but looking to God. We knew if we looked at each other about our struggles that could lead to finger-pointing. This is how the devil defeats the marriage.

What God has given us in marriage is there is more of us for His glory. We are watching the hand of God and how He has blessed us that we bless other marriages through our story.

When God created the man, the bible says he gave him dominion over the entire earth. I believed going into war with God by faith we could dominate in Baghdad. With Christ in me by faith we did, that is me and God. When I was notified that I was deploying to Iraq as a property book officer, I heard the voice of God. What I heard from God why I was going to Iraq was not in agreement with my direct mission from the Army. I heard The Lord say I am sending you there to preach the gospel. Now, I did have a concern about what I heard from God. The concern was will I be allowed to preach not being a chaplain. What I decided to do after hearing God’s voice was to walk and live by faith. I needed to say in faith that I was going to preach in Iraq. When I said this, I was in agreement with God who is a faith God. In the book I discuss how to get in agreement with God through your words. What I discovered in the battle was when I have faith in God nothing is too hard for God. I also believed that with this faith I can take dominion over every opposition before me. Shortly after arriving in Iraq, I was appointed as senior minister/pastor of the gospel service. In the book I speak about how faith can take you far above what doubt deposits in you.
